Spray polyurethane foam: Monolithic sealing for your building

Building insulation with sprayed polyurethane foam (PPU) is currently the most effective technology on the market. Unlike traditional materials (cotton wool or polystyrene), which are cut and applied in pieces, PPU systems create a seamless , solid layer that fills even the smallest cracks.

Why is the PPU system superior to traditional methods?

Polyurethane foam works in two directions: it not only insulates heat, but also acts as an air barrier , stopping uncontrolled drafts (convection).

Two types of systems: Open and closed pairs

Depending on the need, two different types of PPU are used:

1. Open-cell foam (Soft):

  • Purpose: For interior walls, ceilings, roofs from the inside.
  • Properties: They "breathe", dampen sound, are light and elastic (move with the building structure).

2. Closed Cell Foam (Rigid):

  • Purpose: For foundations, floors, facades, flat roofs, hangars.
  • Properties: They are almost impermeable to water and vapor, extremely strong (reinforces the structure) and have the best insulating properties.
