Spray polyurethane foam: Monolithic sealing for your building
Building insulation with sprayed polyurethane foam (PPU) is currently the most effective technology on the market. Unlike traditional materials (cotton wool or polystyrene), which are cut and applied in pieces, PPU systems create a seamless , solid layer that fills even the smallest cracks.
Why
is
the
PPU
system
superior
to
traditional
methods?
Complete tightness:
The foam is sprayed in liquid form and expands up to 100 times in a few seconds, filling all cavities, corners, around pipes or electrical installations. No seams - no thermal bridges.
Maximum thermal resistance:
Polyurethane has one of the lowest thermal conductivity coefficients of 0.020–0.038 W/mK , so to achieve a high energy class (A++), a thinner layer is required than when using cotton wool, and what about tightness and structural savings!
Adhesion to any surface:
PPU adheres perfectly to wood, concrete, metal or sheet metal. This is especially important when renovating old roofs or insulating hangars of complex shapes.

Two types of systems: Open and closed pairs
Depending on the need, two different types of PPU are used:
1. Open-cell foam (Soft):
- Purpose: For interior walls, ceilings, roofs from the inside.
- Properties: They "breathe", dampen sound, are light and elastic (move with the building structure).
2. Closed Cell Foam (Rigid):
- Purpose: For foundations, floors, facades, flat roofs, hangars.
- Properties: They are almost impermeable to water and vapor, extremely strong (reinforces the structure) and have the best insulating properties.
Your
benefits
when
choosing
the
PPU
system:
Savings:
Up to 50% lower heating and cooling bills.
Speed:
The roof of a house can be insulated in one day.
Health:
Mold does not grow in foam.
Longevity:
The material does not crumble, disintegrate, or change its properties for 30 years or more.
